Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Acciofy, operated by AirVault & AV Labs Private Limited (d.b.a. Acciofy), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at
45/3 Stanley Road, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh – 211002.

By accessing or using Acciofy (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. The Service

Acciofy is a personal knowledge management tool that lets you capture, organise, search, and interact with your content (bookmarks, screenshots, documents, images, notes, etc.) using Zero-Knowledge Quantum-Safe Encryption and Blind Processing. Your password is the encryption key that unlocks your content – once stored, we cannot view the contents whatsoever.

Acciofy is still a brand-new app. We’re actively building and improving it every day based on feedback from our community. Features and availability may change at any time.

2. Your Account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Acciofy.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You may delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy for details).

3. User Content

  • You retain full ownership of all content you upload, save, or create in Acciofy (“Your Content”).
  • By uploading Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, transmit, and process it solely in encrypted form or on volatile memory servers to provide the Service.
  • We never decrypt or access Your Content except when you explicitly choose to use the AI/GPT features (in which case, only the selected items are temporarily decrypted on your device and sent through our secure pipeline).

4. AI / GPT Features

When you connect files to GPT:

  • Only the content you explicitly select is processed.
  • Third-party AI providers receive only that selected content for the duration of the request.
  • You are solely responsible for the output and any decisions based on it.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decrypt, or gain unauthorised access to any user’s encrypted data.
  • Upload content that violates third-party rights (copyright, privacy, etc.).
  • Interfere with the Service or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Acciofy, its logos, design, and all underlying technology are owned by AirVault & AV Labs Private Limited.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without permission.

7. Subscriptions

Acciofy offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Beginner, Intermediate, and Master tiers) billed on monthly or yearly cycles. The exact length, price, and features of each plan are displayed inside the app before you confirm any purchase.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID, Google Play account, or Paddle account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID account settings (iOS), Google Play Subscriptions (Android), or Paddle customer portal (web). Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
  • We may change pricing, features, or billing terms at any time. For material changes we will give reasonable advance notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

7A. Apple App Store Additional Terms

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply, as required by Apple:

  • Parties. These Terms are an agreement between you and AirVault & AV Labs Private Limited only, and not with Apple. We — not Apple — are solely responsible for Acciofy and its content.
  • Scope of Licence. The licence granted to you for Acciofy is a limited, non-transferable licence to use Acciofy on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
  • Maintenance and Support. We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for Acciofy. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.
  • Warranty. We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If Acciofy fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Acciofy.
  • Product Claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to Acciofy, including product liability, legal compliance, and intellectual property infringement claims.
  • Intellectual Property Rights. In the event of any third-party claim that Acciofy or your use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, we — not Apple — are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
  • Legal Compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Third-Party Beneficiary. You and we acknowledge that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

8. Refunds

  • Subscriptions and purchases are generally non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the paid features for the remainder of the current billing period, but no refund will be issued for any unused time.
  • Exceptions may apply based on your location and applicable laws:
    • In regions with consumer protection laws requiring cooling-off periods (e.g., 14 days in the EU or UK), you may cancel within the specified period for a full refund, provided the purchase was made directly through our platform.
    • In certain countries (e.g., Israel or others as required by law), you may be eligible for a partial prorated refund based on the remaining days in your subscription upon immediate cancellation.
    • If purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., app stores), refunds are subject to the policies of that provider and are not in our control.
  • To request a refund where eligible, contact [email protected] with your purchase details. We will review and process eligible requests in accordance with applicable laws.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse, such as repeated cancellations, or if the service has been substantially used during the period.
  • If purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., app stores), refunds are subject to the policies of that provider and are not in our control.
  • For purchases made through the Apple App Store specifically, all refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policies. We are not able to process refunds for Apple App Store purchases directly. You may request a refund from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure (beyond the encryption we apply).
Your use is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirVault & AV Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the changes means you accept the new Terms.
